Greenville Inn's reservation policies

Guaranteed Reservations:  We will be happy to hold your room for arrival if you provide one of the following credit cards:

*  Visa   *  Mastercard   * Discover Novus   * American Experss

Room Payment: The first night's payment for your room is required of all guests at check-in.  Payment for subsequent nights must be paid in advance on a day -to-day basis (before noon) or may be paid in advance with a credit card or cash when registering.  Discounts may not be combined and are not transferable.  AAA or AARP members must show your card upon arrival to get the members discount.  No personal check unless its a advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:  All guaranteed reservations must be cancelled by 24 hours prior to your arrival or you will be charged for the 1st night of your stay.  (Check with Greenville Inn for more information.) 

Tax Exempt: Guests qualifying for tax exempt status are subject to ohio state regulations.  Please check with Greenville Inn for special payment stipulations.

Group Reservations: Ten or more rooms are considered a group reservation.  Group reservations, cancellations or charges require a call to Greenville Inn at 1-877-631-5058

Non-smoking Policy:  Smoking is not permitted inside any NON-SMOKING ROOMS.  When registering guest understand smoking in non-smoking room is not permitted charge of $175 plus tax per night will be assessed to guest's credit card on file.

Pet Policy:  Greenville Inn is pet friendly, subject to our pet policy and with payment of a non-refundable pet fee.  One well behaved family pet is permitted unless they are prohibited by state law or ordinance.  Service animals are always welcome.  Pets must be declared during guest registration.  In consideration of all Greenville Inn guests, pet must never be left unattended in the guestroom.

Special requests:  Greenville Inn will attempt to honor special requests (such as first floor, non-smoking rooms etc.)  However, the availability of these rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Special Event:  During certain local events ( such as the Eldora Speedway races, Fairground events, Motorcycle races, Softball, Horseshoe tournaments.)  Special conditions and rates may apply rates are higher during these events.  Consult Greenville Inn for more information at 1-877-631-5058

Banquet Hall:  The Greenville Inn has three handsomely appointed Meeting and Banquet Rooms. These rooms are an ideal solution for any kind of event or gathering and will  accommodates groups ranging from as few as 20 people up to 150 people.
